Hi there. I just did my first order of boots from urban OG. I receive them within a week or so. Perfect condition for the price. They did smell a little like chemicals. But it went away within 30 minutes being out of the box. Quality is great the size fits perfect I'm at eight and I ordered an eight and they are amazing. I got the preferated open toe heel and over the knee boots in maroon. I am so excited. I suggest this company so far :)

I don't like the fact that when this place has these great looking sales of 25 and 30% off, they actually hikes up the price of each item so they can get the same amount for the item when there is no sale. A pair of shoes and a shirt that i was watching for a couple of weeks, each went up by 5% after pushing their sale from 25 to 30%. I will never even visit this site again.

I ordered two pair of shoes from this website about a week ago. Not only did the package come on time, it was very well packaged. My boxes were handled with care and my shoes are better quality than I thought they would be. I'm not exactly sure why there are so many negative reviews. Maybe the company was bad and is now getting it together but for me personally they went above my expectations. I love my new shoes and I'm about to look for some more right now.

If you choose the shipping option for 2 day shipping you will not get your things in 2 days. I ordered 2 pair of shoes on what is technically Thursday morning at about 3am.... I chose the 2 day shipping thinking I would get my things at least by Saturday but they didn't even process my order until 1am on Friday morning and of course they don't ship things on the weekends which they should make clear on their website so I basically paid $25 for standard shipping. They will not refund my money and I'm very upset because I have an event to go to and now I have to emprovise when I shouldn't have to. I'm so annoyed I will never order anything from this site again.

I was a little scared by the reviews saying that they got beat up shoes or shoes the wrong size. I ordered black above knee stiletto boots in size 9. I'm normally a size 9.5 but my mom suggested that I go a size down since they did not have 9.5. I got the boots in about a week and they fit perfectly. If anything the 9s were big enough that I could wear normal socks. The boots were also about $35 including shipping because they had a deal for shoes so the boots cost much less than any other site I saw. The boots are fairly comfortable. More comfortable than I was expecting based on my other pair of heels that are that high. Overall I was happy.

I placed a order with urbanog Thursday and I selected the wrong size on a sweater I order so I called them immediately and they made the change... they said I would receive the update in 24 hours I never did..... so I called on Saturday and they were closed... which once I looked online there closed on the weekend... so I called on Monday to see why I never received a confirmation and was my order corrected.... my order was changed for another item I order changing the size on the wrong item so that had to be corrected again.... so I asked if I can go ahead and add something else to my order and what shipping method do I need to select to make sure I receive my items by Friday and I was advised if I get the 3 day shipping I would get the items by Thursday... so I decided to pay $17 for shipping which I have never ever paid that much before so obviously I really wanted this order before the weekend.... I was told I would get a email confirmation in 24 hours I never did.... I then received a call at 4:40 pacific standard time which is right before they close at 5 telling me my order won't go out today because there orders for today have already went out and that I wouldn't get my order until Monday which defeats the purpose of me paying extra for shipping also the representative assured me I would get the order by Thursday if I paid extra for shipping.... so the rep said I can for 2 day shipping if I want it by Friday.... so I asked her why would I have to pay extra for your error... she then told me since I made changes I delayed the order then she said they had to wait on a item to come in stock... so she basically said it was my fault the order didn't go out on time..... there was absolutely no customer service at all.... they blamed me.... and I say they because I also spoke to a supervisor who listened to absolutely nothing I had to say... and she kept just repeating herself as if she was reading a script... the difference in the shipping was only $6.... you would think as a company they would of fixed the error and tried to make the customer happy... I he ordered from them for years and this will be the last time I ever order from them again..... because they don't value there customers at all..... I would give my to company that values and appreciate there customers..... save your money!

Fast free shipping (I spend over $50) Good prices, good quality and easy quick returns! I dont know why theres so many bad reviews. My experience was quite pleasant w/ them! Maybe they are changing things. Ill continue being a customer for sure! :)
