I ordered 6 pairs of shoes as well as a set of earrings from this company. Upon receiving my items 3 of the 6 pairs of shoes were broken. For example, the boot was missing a hook for the shoe string, a different pair had strings coming out of it everywhere, and on the third pair the sandal was missing rhinestones. Lastly, the earrings I received were also broken upon arrival. When I called the company I was hung up on the first time, and then when I called back they told me they could give me in store credit. After demanding my money back, they said they would do it, however I wanted to return everything because if 3 of the 6 shoes were broken I don't feel that they're in good quality. The company is charging me a $7 restocking fee for the shoes that are not broken, and I am highly dissatisfied with their company and their customer service.

I don't understand why there are more bad reviews than expected but my experience has been nothing but good! I've ordered from them four times. I had a slight issue with the first shipping but it was UPS fault, not necessarily Urbanog. I had to pick up my package from a UPS facility because I missed the delivery time and UPS had my package all beat up but the items were still in tact...once again, that's UPS fault since I pretty much know how their package handlers can be. URBANOG also notified me in writing on the packing receipt that one of my items was currently out of stock and refunded me my money. The other three times, everything went smoothly. I'm getting ready to place another order now...affordable, good quality and good customer service.

I've been scared to order from UrbanOG because of this. They have an amazing selection of everything, but their policy states that International Orders are Final Sale. WHY??? I love browsing the site and how it's set up, and the prices are really good. I've recently been shopping around for tall boots for Fall, and have found SEVERAL pairs that I love on UrbanOG, but because of this "Final Sale" deal, I've had to resort to ordering from GoJane...and paying more just for the security of being able to return items :S If they changed this policy, I'd order from them...

I ordered two pairs of boots from Urbanog.com and was kind of skeptical when placing the order. It is my first time ordering from this site and honestly I didn't expect much. When I received my boots, I was absolutely blown away! They fit perfectly and are extremely good quality! I have already recommended this site to all of my friends who are looking to buy their fall riding boots!

I found urbanog while researching an affordable place to buy thigh high boots. I was skeptical since I had never heard of the site and the reviews seemed to be mixed. I placed my order Saturday august 23 and chose the free standard shipping and my package came Friday the 29th!!! My boots are amazing and look like I paid way more than $42 I also go a sweater and a short sweatshirt material dress. I love everything I got!! I will defiantly order again, thank you uurbanog!!!

I ordered a pair of boots, and they came with a pink stain on them. I was so frustrated and had to go back and forth with customer service through emails with photos and information in order to get the matter resolved. I felt like they were giving me the run around and trying to say I was lying about the boots. In the end, they offered to refund my money and told me to just keep the boots. I was so frustrated at this point with my boots (especially because they were a birthday present to myself) that I went on here and wrote a horrible review. HOWEVER, after this review was posted, it was sent to the company and they knew exactly who it was that wrote the review. The same customer service rep that had dealt with me earlier called me and felt horrible about my experience. She asked me why I was frustrated and what they could do to help the situation. Not only did she rush getting my money back, but she also offered to double check my orders from now on in order to keep me as a customer. I'm not sure that I am trusting enough to try ordering again, but they sure did try their hardest to make my experience better. And I have to give them props for that. I deleted my old review and wrote this one, giving them 2 stars instead of 1.

VERY HAPPY. WOULD DO BUSINESS AGAIN.

I ordered a pair of boots and a pair of flats off of urbanog.com on July 31st. I received a confirmation email within a couple of minutes. My package was processed the next day and was on its way by August 2nd. I was able to track my package through UPS, which was very convenient. I was told when my package would be delivered and where it was. It was coming from Ontario to West Virginia, so it took a reasonable amount of time. But I got my package on August 8th. The shoes are in excellent condition and fit true to size, I absolutely love them! I had no problems with urbanog.com and I will definitely be buying more shoes from there.
