Custom orthotics really make a difference over off the shelf orthotics. UpStep makes a really high-quality orthotic, custom to my foot, after having off the shelf orthotics for years, I will never go back. Additionally, UpStep has great customer service. They needed to make some adjustments to my orthotic, which they happily did, and expedited it. Customer for life, great company.

Customer service was very good but the orthotic itself was not even close to correct. I expected it to be built much better than it was. For one the heal and arch should be at least a little rigid, but the whole orthotic is made out of foam. Also, I needed metatarsal support and what was delivered was so bad, I had to laugh. It looked like a kid built it. It was worth a shot, but in the end I just threw away $200 plus dollars. UPDATE: The company did reach out to me, ask me to send a photo and that they offered a free remake. But I said no thank you. In my opinion, the orthotics were so poorly made I have no confidence a second try would be anything more than another waste of time and energy. So they are already in the trash.

I love these insoles! As an avid backpacker/hiker, I hike over 2,000 miles a year. I can do this by using Upstep Customized Shoe Insoles! They reduce fatigue and discomfort. Upstep's customer service is excellent too! They get back to you very quickly, are respectful and efficient. Very happy with my insoles and with this company!
