The WHOLE STAFF at Amaze Health are clearly there to not just answer your questions, but to delight you in their efforts. I am excited to be getting a refund of $150 for expenditures that probably would have never been recovered left up to me, our own internal HR or the provider. Cayla, Vonte and others behind them went above and beyond to make this happen. TYSM Team Amaze (that name is perfect, "Amazing")!

I have had a great experience with every interaction from my doctor, dietician and therapist to the patient advocate and billing advocate. During my appointments I feel that they actually want to help me. The advocates helped with a very demanding Savvos situation while I was still healing from an ER visit. I cannot thank all of these people enough.

With a change of insurance as I went with a new employer, I do not want to go to the doctor until my new insurance starts September1. Of course just a few weeks before I got sick. They were so helpful and caring. They took the time to listen to me, answer questions, we had a virtual visit and within two days I was doing so much better. My therapist Jacqueline was amazing yesterday! She helped me realize that my disabilities don't need to be explained to anyone. I can just say Diabetic complications, and leave it at that, unless I feel the need to help someone with information about diabetes. She also helped me see that it's okay to limit contact with people who are affecting me in negative ways, and that it's okay to say I will participate in specific activities with people who are negative, but only those activities, and no others. She helped me figure out how to tell my husband that I will only participate in specific activities with his brother. Jacqueline was very understanding about things going on in my day to day life, and offered great advice on the things that have been troubling me. I would recommend Amaze and all of the wonderful people that work for Amaze to anyone! Thank you Jacqueline for your support and help through the daily tasks.
