I am happy with the way you go about…
I am happy with the way you go about getting my orthotic ready in short order and the fact that I am able to wear the orthotic for about three years.

Mary took care of me She was very helpful let me know how to return and sent me a label via email and we will find out from here on when I get my return of my funds she's very helpful and very considerate. Let me know how you guys refund and how much I was going to get a refund. I was upset that I was not getting her full refund when you guys save money back guarantee and that's not her fault That's the way your system works when you get a money back guarantee you should let people know they're not getting all their money back that you actually keep $70.00. thank you very much.

Existing customer who reordered orthotics
I am an existing customer of Upstep who had not ordered orthotics since 2023. Since then I have moved overseas and changed my email address. Despite this Upstep located my file with the fitting size and made me new orthotics. Although Upstep do not ship to international addresses they shipped my order to a friend who lives in the US. I will pick them up when I travel to the US later this year. Based on this I am very happy with the service I have received.

So far so good. I was mate waiting for a note. So far so good. The blue is fine. As long as it's not pink.pink.pink.pink.l. You just have to determine, which should you need. Blue is fine.l
