Really, perfect, I am a marathon runner so I got the running Pair. first I was impressed with how easy the process is, make orthotic making so easy. Got them within 12 days from ordering. Real premium material, fit my shoes simllemsly, walking around with them for a month now. I’m setting up a new order for an every day pair right now

These are good orthotics but the squeak in every pair of shoes I put them in. I think it from the plastic on the bottom, unlike others that I've had that have leather/dense cushioning. Not sure if the plastic makes them anymore durable.

Dear Richard, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is important to us. I noticed you ordered your orthotics a year ago this month. I'm happy they are working for you and will contact you privately in reference to the squeaking and to offer you a wonderful deal. Thank you again.

The service was fantastic, nice and easy and the people on the phone were very helpful. However the product of self is already beginning to deteriorate with any year. They heal fabric is beginning to tear, But they still seem to be doing an OK job.

It was very easy to create my custom orthotics from Upstep. The process was just as they described on their website. I suffered from painful plantar fasciitis. The orthotics saved me!

The ordering of product and getting fitment complete was satisfactory, but the insoles are not high quality and the cushioning was not adequate! They hurt my feet and complicated my feet and diabetes issues more! I ended up going back to chiropractor and having them order more of my previous pair! More money but worth it in the end. Will not recommend upstep.
