Reaching out for more information
I was impressed when the company reached out to me for more details about the history of my foot pain. I was able to explain how my injury occurred and how it has changed over the years.

Customer service seems genuinely caring…
Customer service seems genuinely caring but it seems the Company as a whole need to evaluate making promises they can’t keep especially during busy times of the year. Currently I would not trust ordering anything from them.
