False advertising
Going on 3 months now. They advertise as 24 day turn around and Emails give you the same excuse. This is false advertising. Replying to Upsteps message : This is from Upsteps website How Long Will You Wait for Custom Orthotics? You can expect that any product you order will be shipped to you within 9 business days after the date your impression kit has been received. How long it takes before it gets to your hand will depend on where you order from and the logistics involved in moving products to your region.

Never Received My Insoles
My kit arrived at Upstep on Dec.1 2022. It's now Jan.21st 2023 and I still haven't received my custom insoles. The last email notification I received from Upstep was on dec.22 stating that they were working on them but I haven't heard from them since.

Hello. Your orthotics are at the final stages of production and they look GREAT! We are so excited to ship them so you can begin feeling the difference. Delays arent common for us. However, around the holiday season we are in extremely high demand! Your orthotics are worth the short wait time! The good news is we will have your impression on file for 5 years making reordering much faster!!

Not a one click order!!
While the ordering process is not complicated, it is definitely not one click. I can appreciate the opportunity to modify the order but find the necessity of repeating information bothersome. I am impressed with the quality of the product which is why I am reordering additional pairs.

Thank you for returning. As you know our orthotics are 100% custom! How confident would one be if it were a one-click ordering process. Impossible, unless it was an "off the shelf" product.
