While you placed the order on 12/15, it may seem like a long time; keep in mind we cannot begin to design without an impression kit. You will be happy to know we received your impression kit on 12/23. During the holiday season, there is a 24-business-day turnaround from the day the kit is received. We are excited to bring your new orthotics to life!! We know you will be very happy with them and your new feet for the new year!

During my online checkout experience
During my online checkout experience, a banner appeared which advertised an additional pair at only $109. I attempted to look into the offer and see if I could get a pair for my wife, or if I’d have to get a second pair for myself specifically for the discount to apply. As I was going through the steps, it finalized the purchase of (2) pairs of insoles for me. Which, is not what I had intended.

My feet are in agony. Your orthotics are so so so overdue. Your web experience was great then downhill waiting for them to arrive. I hope you're going to take half of all of my purchase. Steve

I ordered this product almost 2 months…
I ordered this product almost 2 months ago and I still haven't received it. I want a refund immediately. What a rip-off!

We have consulted with our production team and while you ordered in November, please keep in mind we are unable to begin design until we receive the foot impression kit. We received yours in mid-December. We have our eyes on your orthotics and will be shipping shortly!
