Deceitful marketing practices
My experience with Upstep? Horrible… Hands down the worst purchase experience I have ever had. The date you told me they would be delivered gets bumped out weekly. You guys have $175 of my money locked up and I have nothing to show for it. Where in the world does somebody order something and have to wait 3 months or more to get their order when the company made it sound like a month? Look at your reviews, comment after comment on your on Facebook page show how frustrated people are with you guys. How have you guys not had a class action lawsuit against you for deceptive marketing practices? I am documenting every single time you back up my ETA. How many thousands of people have been lied to about the ETA and you happily took their money? Be transparent about this, tell people it will most likely be 3-4 months. You know if you did that you wouldn’t get any orders though?? So you hide it.

Hello Mark- While you ordered on 11/28, we did not receive your impression kit until 12/13. As you know we are unable to design without. We did experience some delays during those months for Christmas and our orthotics being in such high demand! The good news is, we will have your impression on file for five years making reordering fast and easy!
