I was inquiring about my inserts that I recently purchased via the chat box on website. It was very easy to use & Mary the agent was quick to respond. Mary sent me a link to my email & answered my questions. I recommend the chat customer service. Better & easier than sitting on a phone. Thanks Mary!

My order is taking to long. It has been more than a month. for a total of 2 month from order to expected delivery. not the 24 days thats normally expected.

This company has not even bother to compensate for the lack of commitment to provide a good product. It’s been months waiting on this product, every time I contact I get the same answer “one week or less” and now it’s been 3 MONTHS! And they still have the nerve to say “bare with us” as if they have given any form compensation to fix the situation. I said I wanted my money back and I’ll take my business to some other PROFESSIONAL since this company is a SCAM! They won’t give you any compensation, I order this since November and all I get is “bare with us” if they can’t handle clients and volume they should just join a better company and sell their crappy one. Please I urge you not to waste your time and money since it’s a hassle to get it back

Order placed in October. Impression kit returned in november. Last communication from the company 12/28/22, now my order number is “not found” on their tracking system on 2/2/23.

Fast and thorough responses to my concerns.

I placed my order in November. I still do not have my orthotics. I was originally told that there was a 4 week turnaround time. I received an email in January saying "Our production team is cutting and carving your custom Upsteps from specially crafted plates of engineered materials right now!" Today I went to check the status and the date was once again pushed back. I chatted on the site and was told that my order was in the design process. Now to me, the design should be before the cutting and carving. The person then said well its design and production together. Just a bunch of BS.
