Gathering of necessary information was thorough. Explanation of each step of every process … from gathering vital physical information to the steps of the creation of the custom orthotics to the cost of (& the substantial savings afforded) the product to the methods available for payment … was carefully and clearly explained and laid out. I ordered the orthotics in November
I ordered the orthotics in November. I’ve been waiting for them to arrive, and when I inquire, I’m told it might be a little bit longer. Each day, the shipment date gets pushed back a day further on your site. Last I checked, I was told it would be Feb 17. I asked again why it was taking so long, and I was assured the orthotics would be shipped “within the week”. Now when I check your site, I’m told the order number can not be found. This whole thing is a scam, and I’ll be contacting my credit card company.
