Purchased back in November of 2022 and the impression kit was returned in mid-December. The ETA keeps moving every month. Disappointing considering the amount you pay and the fact that they guarantee "the best custom orthotics available and do so at the most affordable price, in the fastest time". If it's going to take this long at least be upfront about it so I can get a product elsewhere.

I will never waste my money on this company again. Ist, it took 2 months to get my order. Next I had cut outs underneath. They said it was for my bunion, however with no cushion, my bunion was even more painful wearing these. When I emailed customer service, they argued with me. Then I received another email apologizing and that they would send me a new pair. Another month later I received a generic pair. NOT a mold of my own feet. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY!! If you’ve had a good experience, then you are a lucky one! In response to your reply, I have seen a doctor. No real doctors make cutouts so your foot has no cushion. I believe your company will be out of business before long. Way too many people complaining on your Facebook page as well. If you cared to make things right, you would have, but you did not!!

these custom Orthotics are the best ones I have ever bought, And I have bought a lot, let me explain, I have the Flattest feet in the world, if there were a genious world record for flat feet, my name would be there, I have gotten orthotics form foot Doctors, that never felt as good as Upstep Orthotics , at first I wanted to wear them all day , but by 5pm my feet hurt a bit, but now after a month I can wear them all day, so comfortable, it also helps to have a good pair of shoes. im going to buy a pair for my brother, as I get 45% off for returning customers, I can't tell you how happy with them I'm oh one more thing , im 65 yrs old and I do hair so im on my feet most of the day.

I'm feeling very dissatisfied with Upstep. My order keeps getting pushed back (for the third time) and I have zero confidence that when I get it, it will be correct since there was a lot of confusion around my order. Hopefully I will be pleasantly surprised when it arrives.

Paid for the product and never received it, if there was a zero I would give the company that grade.
