It sucks that everyone else is having a bad experience with the production and shipping times recently. The company did warn me to expect delays because of high demand, but I still got the orthotics in almost exactly 28 business days as promised on their site. Just received them yesterday and they are good quality and I am starting the break-in period. I am hoping they will fix a lot of the pain I have due to issues with my feet.
