Terrible customer service and still waiting.
Ordered from this company in December. Website still states they will ship your insoles 28 days from when you are notified that they received your imprints back. We'll it's been over 28 days. Their customer service is extremely unhelpful, just get generic responses "we are behind on production due to demand" instead of answering my actual questions. The shipping date just keeps getting pushed off more and more. Upsetting that this company would be so misleading and wish the customer service was better, especially for the price. Disappointed.
