Mary was very personable and helpful. She knew the history of the company, and didn't mind veering off topic when the conversation went there, but she was always able to bring it back to work. She had an answer for all of my questions.

Samantha Burks was very helpful and informative. I was disappointed in the amount of time that it takes for a re-order to be shipped back

We are happy to know you had a good experience with our Foot Specialist. We apologize for the delay. We promise you, you will love your new orthotics and will feel they were worth the short wait. Moving forward, you will always have a place to come to order more orthotics because we will have your impression on file for the next five years making reordering so quick and easy!

I placed an order on 1/23/2023 for my orthotics and I have still not received them 2 months later. I received an email stating they were taking longer because of high volume. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company because I believe this may be a scam. It seems this has happened to a lot of people.
