Upstep customer service chat employee was very quick to help me understand my order and the order process. not just some chatbot, but a live human being. I think it was someone named Kassie .... great service. I took off one star because the company is delayed and will take 6 weeks to ship out my order

Delays and possibly lost order?
Upstep received my impressions on February 10th, but the order has been delayed due to high demand. It’s now been almost six weeks and I still don’t have my custom orthotics. My last update email was about changing the material of my orthotics. I’ve been checking the status on them regularly, but last week the website started telling me my order could not be found. I don’t even know if I’m going to get these at this point.

Hello Jeanette, thank you for responding to our designers as they had a few questions for you regarding the color. Keep in mind, the orthotics you ordered are 100% custom. If we have any questions, our customers are contacted and the order is placed on hold until we hear back from you. Thank you for responding quickly. It was a big help! It was pleasure to design your new orthotics!

No one to speak with
No one to speak with. Phone numbers Upstep gives put you on hold then disconnect. Waiting over 2 months for product. UPSTEP Website texting is humiating and mock the customer. Never expected such uncaring service.

6 weeks - no orthotics
I'm a patient man, but the wait is becoming an annoyance. A "free gift" with my order is no longer a compensation.
