I haven't tried the product yet, I'm early on in the process. I can state though that their Customer Care department is top-notch.

No orthotics in sight after a 3 month wait.
I do not anticipate receiving the orthotics I ordered in December 2022 at this point. I believe this site may be a scam. Order: UP-200121914.

Ordered early January 2023, Product not received
Ordered early January 2023 and now rolling into April, and have yet to receive my order. Reached out to customer service to find out when I’ll be receiving my order. If I do not receive it by mid April, I’ll be demanding a refund or dispute the charges.
