I ordered 1 Men's siz10-1/2 and 1 Women's size 10. You sent me 2 Women's size 10.

Hello Charles- When reviewing your order, you did not receive the orthotics yet. Those were the impression kits you received. One is for a full length pair in a men's 10.5 and the other for a womens 3/4 length pair in a size 10. We will be in touch to ensure the order was placed correctly before we produce. Thank you.

KASIE was great
KASIE was great. Waiting to see if I get the shipping label emailed to me - she said it would take 24 hours. Fingers crossed. Will follow up if I don't get it.

Could not upload pictures
I could not upload the pictures of my old orthodics. The description in the box said I should be able to. Otherwise, ordering seemed fine
