The customer representive was pro-active in reaching out to me and provided clear and concise explanations to my questions. Did not pressure me into purchasing. Also - had another question about my order and Kristen was also fabulous. Fantastic customer service Great customer care!

I tried to order one pair, order shows two pair
Update: I got a message saying that the refund was done. Original post: I tried to order one pair and somehow the order went to two pairs!!!
