Got no information regarding my orders
Ordered three sets 6days ago. Got no response when they should be delivered, or even order number to track them. Usually they send some notifications if my package was shipped or something like that, but Upstep LLC decided to keep silence. I just have two receipts and have no idea what's going on with my packages. I'll be happy to change my review if someone would provide me the information about my orders.

False advertising and poor customer support
I entered my email address to receive the 75% off coupon "HELLO". I then received another email with the code "CART10" that states to use it for an ADDITIONAL 10% off. After applying "HELLO" it only took a flat $18 off - not the stated 75%. I went on live help where they gave me the run around for nearly a half hour while never addressing the issue. Only pointing out how great a deal the current sale was. After ignoring my screen shots and attempts to explain a very simple issue to them, they refused further service or explanation.

Skeptical about business practices/validity of my purchase
Processed my order didn’t get an email detailed receipt only a confirmation of payment. Called to speak to customer support and only has an option to leave voicemail and they’ll call you back.
