Getting the right pair
I guess the full length orthotics are more common. But having worn both types, in the past, I prefer the 3/4 length ones. Mary at customer service made sure my order was noted to get the 3/4 pair I prefer. Thanks!

Needed some adjustment...
I had asked about getting my order remade so they were a little longer. I wasn't sure if this was possible, but Samantha B was quick to help look things up and put the order in in no time. Super easy and convenient. I'll keep telling friends and co-workers about your orthotics!
