Not worth the price tag
Not worth the price tag. Honored return policy but taking 18 days to issue a refund after receiving the merchandise back is ridiculous. Just a way for them to hang on to your money and earn interest on it.

Too many emails asking for reviews and repurchase before I've even received the product.
I've had a number of back and forths with upstep about an unsolved delivery issue which they are working through, but after every message I get this request to review my customer service experience. I also continually get emails asking me to review the insoles themselves which I have not received yet, and offers to buy more. Please solve my problem first, then ask me for feedback and try to sell me more.

Trying to get a refund since December…
Trying to get a refund since December 26. A less than half refund was given 2 days ago, then nothing. Still waiting on $330. Dragging on and on. Please just refund my cc account for what I never received. Buyer Beware.
