I had lots of question re use of gift card and how it works given I am not a runner and this is a gift is for a runner. The rep gave me great info and helped me feel secure about what I’m getting.

Upstep customer service listened to my issue and will resolve with re-making the orthotics as my doctor indicated they were too narrow due to my neuroma's.

I needed a new length and they replaced my orthodics immediatly.

Mary was very helpful and engaging. She answered all my questions and helped me feel confident buying my second and third pair of Upstep Orthotics. I’ve recommended them to all of my patients and coworkers who need inserts or who have foot/ankle/knee pain when walking.
