Upstep Custom OrthoticsReviews of upstep.com

I am over-the-moon happy with my new Upstep insoles! They provide me with the perfect amount of support and customized comfort. In addition to the exceptional quality of the insoles, is the exceptional quality of the customer service that I have received throughout the process! This is a company that truly listens and makes customer satisfaction their #1 priority! I will be purchasing all of my insoles from Upstep from now on and highly recommend them to my family and friends!

Lika was awesome. Answered all my questions, concerns.

Not only an amazing product but an amazing customer service. There was a minor mixup with my order but the entire team was super patient and diligent in getting resolved for me in speedy manner. I eventually got my amazing insoles!!

Daisy was very helpful quickly answering my question. I will wait a few more days as she requests to see if my problem is handled.

I ordered my inserts in November. They arrived in January and not even close to my foot imprint. I have received many apologies and now its late February and still no inserts. I ordered 3 sets at approximately $500 and now am requesting a refund as I cannot get an answer. ORDER FROM SOMEONE ELSE! I am now wondering if this site is a total scam. Just checked. I started this order in October, so its now been almost 5 months and no supports. Hope I can get a refund.

Customer Service responds very quickly and the guarantee that your orthotics will fit and feel perfect is very good. I recently purchased orthotics but developed pain a few weeks later and was able to have them redone. Now everything fits and feels perfect. Thanks UPSTEP!!

Kasie was very helpful and knowledgeable. :) thank you!

What made my experience great was the kindness and gentleness when they turned me down for being a candidate for the insert. I was sad because I needed the inserts for my feet, but they made me feel like their decision to turn me down was for my safety. My impression of the people I dealt with was they were quality people which made me doubly sad because they are the kind of people I want to do business with. Dr. Marilyn Reitz-Pustejovsky
