Great chat experience

Lika at UPSTEP customer service was lightening-fast in responding to a request I made for a small but very significant change to an order I'd already made for four pairs of orthotics. Lika was extremely helpful, courteous, and informative in our exchange and I was very impressed, yet again, with UPSTEP! Brand loyalty is important, of course, and UPSTEP is doing all the right things, in my experience across two orders, to invite longterm vendor-client relationships. Much appreciated.

After waiting two months to get the insoles and expecting them to be orthotic insoles what came was insoles that look like a very thin cork and that didn’t fit my feet. I have a medium width foot and yet this didn’t even cover the bottom of my small toe. The heels were all wavy because they sent it in a plastic bag not even a box. I have told two different people now in emails that I want a refund since they have 180 day refund policy on their website, but I have yet to have anybody tell me they would actually refund my money. These insoles are very expensive for what you get and I would not recommend them. Very disappointing experience.

Jeez these reviews offer ZERO help.. not a single person mentioned if they help or not, if there comfortable, well made etc.. All anyone talks about is customer service or how fast they got there delivery

They haven't responded to my email. They took my money over 6 weeks ago and I still don't have my insoles. They won't give me a tracking number for the insoles and they keep pushing back the delivery date. Not happy.
