I have reached out to Upstep but got an email stating I can have the insoles remade because the pain I had actually increased by wearing them for just 4 days. I have no instructions or links provided on how to proceed to get more insoles or what the company needs from me to succeed. I was hoping for better all the way around with custom insoles.

I bought mine 3 years ago and still love the same pair. I can wear any cute shoe now with them and feet don't hurt. When need to will buy again.

I ordered two pairs of custom insoles from Upstep. I wore them for a month, but they honestly weren't any better than insoles I bought from Amazon. Their website claims you can get your money back within 180 days of purchase. I requested my money back. They refused! They said I could exchange for other insoles. I reminded them of their policy, but they still refuse to acknowledge their own money back guarantee. Furthermore, they have an F rating on Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware!!
