Ryan was friendly & conversational (but not verbose), and answered both my questions thoroughly and efficiently!

Customer service was terrific. The first pair of inserts were not quite right. I contacted Upstep and they responded the next day asking for more information about my feet. They made new inserts that are perfect!

Ryan was so helpful when we received only one of our impression kits and had the other one sent right away. Then, during our chat, one of my children poked her finger into the impression kit! To top it all off, I dropped my phone on the other side of the kit while taking a photo of the fingerprint! Some days are like that! But Ryan was professional and helped us solve all of thes problems. He's great!

These orthodics were recommended by my client who is a foot doctor. They have given me 95% improvement with my extremely flat feet and sore ankles. Customer service is excellent and responds promptly to any questions u may have!
