I ordered a monitor and received no delivery updates for several days, which was worrying. After contacting customer service, I was told a day later that the monitor was actually not in stock and I would need to wait — something that should have been communicated upfront. The response wasn’t very reassuring, and at that point I genuinely started to worry whether this was a scam and if I would get my money back. Eventually, I was informed that a refund would be issued within a few days. In the end, the situation was resolved, but the lack of transparency and poor communication caused unnecessary stress. Mistakes happen, but communication and stock information definitely need improvement.

De partijen waarmee Uperfect samenwerkt heeft blijkbaar de boel niet op orde. Levering duurde 3 weken langer dan gepland. Monitor eindelijk aangekomen en uitgepakt, hoor ik gerammel in het scherm. Het lijkt erop dat er een onderdeel los zit wat heen en weer schuift. Ook is er een tikkend geluid van een ander onderdeel wanneer ik het scherm beweeg. Ondanks dit alles werkt het scherm wel. Full brightness werkt alleen met DCR ( Dynamic Contrast Ratio ) aan. Wanneer deze uit staat schaalt de monitor meteen heel erg af in helderheid. De stappen in helderheid zijn hiermee dus niet goed instelbaar, maar erger nog, met DCR aan geeft het beeld willekeurige flikkeringen van licht naar donker wanneer ik bijvoorbeeld een film afspeel. Het magnetische vouwhoesje is matig van kwaliteit en blijft niet heel erg lekker zitten. De menu knoppen voelen erg kwetsbaar aan. De kleuren van het scherm zijn prima en van backlightbleeding is amper sprake. De klantenservice lijkt een niet al te snuggere chatbot te zijn, dus daar kom ik ook nog niet veel verder mee....

Needed digital manuals for 2 portable monitors I purchased over a year ago. Responded with the manuals but had trouble with some follow up questions about monitor specs. Other than that, I am satisfied with the help I received. Would recommend. Nice products and friendly service.
