Waited a week without news about delevery, when i then sent them a mail, all I got was that there had been som issue and the product i had bought was out of stock. No news on how long it would take or anything.. bad service.

Suite à l'achat de l'écran K118, j'ai eu des soucis avec l'alimentation. Merci à Stella de UPERFECT avec qui j'ai beaucoup échangé pour régler ce problème d'alimentation. Uperfect m'a financé le remplacement de mon alimentation défectueuse. Le K118 est un magnifique écran 18 pouces. Je regrette juste de ne pas avoir pu avoir le K118 tactile qui était en rupture de stock.

If you take the best product but have an issue and not be able to get support, how likely are you to recommend that product? Not only did I have a great experience with a UPERFECT LapDock (used with Samsung Dex), but a top experience with support when there was an issue. This is a combination that is hard to find.
