I had issues with the local delivery (thanks Royal Mail), but UPERFECT customer service were always fast to respond and very helpful - special thanks to Cleudia. Product arrived in pristine condition and performs as advertised, very happy overall.

I decided to completely retool and streamline my workflow and wanted the best possible interface with DEX so that I could front end thin client my back end powerfull computer/personal AI data, software development centre. I could only find this company who are on the edge of innovation in this space and purchased a "BE156TF | Lapdock 15.6" Business Monitor Touch Screen Samsung Dex Wireless Display" and had to get it shipped from China to the UK which was fast and reasonably priced delivery. The item was slightly damaged cosmetically on the bottom and I sent pictures to the uperfect team and they were fast to respond and delt with the matter swiftly. The lapdock itself is a fantastic piece of equipment and I can easilly run sunhine/moonlight and tailscale to remote into my home system and depending on the configuration there is pretty much zero lag e.g cables but even with wireless I am not compaining as I host my own node on tailscale also and everything is smooth from anywhere on the planet. It is essentially just a keyboard, mouse and touch screen with some ports and a wireless charge pad. Overall the product is great and thank you uperfect for innovating in this area and my experience with the team at uperfect has been very pleasant.
