I absolutely love my shoes! They are more beautiful in person than on the site. So excited to wear them! Oh and super comfy too!

Terrible service , ordered shoes and realised going by all the reviews that I will not get them In time (I had only read the good reviews before I ordered , don’t know how I missed so many bad ones) anyway have been contacting them by email and private message and nobody replies to any of them , even tried contacting through PayPal and the email address given bounced back. So frustrating

This was my 1st time ordering from Up2step, at 1st I was a little worried because sometimes the picture does not like the actual product. I was HIGHLY pleased by the quality of the shoes I ordered. I also had a problem with sizing, the customer service reps were really helpful and help me with my problem. I definitely recommend this company and I will order again...you will not be disappointed!!
