Up2Step is the epitome of great customer service. The reps are friendly, super responsive and went to great lengths to help me when I needed to adjust an existing order. A special thank you to Buji Shen. Highly recommend.

The shoes are not even the best part
The shoes are not even the best part! I ordered the wrong size and they shipped me a brand new pair with a week! They were so helpful and the shoes were exactly how I imagined they would be … super cute 🥰

Terrible experience
Not sure how this company got over 4 star review. Shoes are very poorly made. Support team told me that the shipping from China can cost anywhere from 25 to 55 $ so I don`t want to know how much the actual price of making these shoes was when I bought them for 45$. The size was wrong as well and one shoe looked bigger than the other. They look awful when I put them on because of the tragic shape of the front. So badly made that when I put them on I could already feel the pain I would have the next day after wearing them. Be aware that when you are unhappy with your purchase, they can only offer 30% refund and sending them back to China will cost you more than the shoes themselves. If you are in a hurry, don`t make a mistake and ordering express shipping. It will still take multiple days for your package to arrive. Avoid.

Hi Angela, Sorry for all the inconvenience. Here is our return policy https://up2step.com/return-and-refund . Obviously, there's been a misunderstanding in our conversation in emails. At first, we issued partial refund after your confirmation as return is troublesome for both of us. But you are not satisfied with the solution after everything gets resolved. Since we were not meeting your needs, we issued full refund again to you. Please check your mailbox for the satisfying solution that you were also agreed. Any future question, please don't hesitate to contact with us. Wish you well and please be safe and healthy. Best, Up2Step
