First off, these shoes are beautiful, they fit to the tee and in the packaging they supply you with two sets of heel caps, a foot pad and heel pads to make the wear as comfortable as possible. I most definitely will be buying here again

Great quality boots and really helpful customer service. There were delays in the making of my boots, but customer service was very transparent with the issue and I still received them in time for the event I was wearing them to. The size guide was helpful and made sure I chose the correct size for me.

We ordered a pair shoes for a fashion show, based on their website the shoes should arrive in 8 days, they took actually 13 working days. The shoes are well made and they fit great that is not the issue. If you are in a hurry look in some other place as most likely you will end not having them on time. The factory is overseas and that is the main issue, I suggested them to advise such thing in their website, so that customers can take the right decision. They did a good job trying to help me and I appreciate that, at the end we received the shoes one day before of our event. Like I said quality is very good and worth the wait, obviously if you don't have the time constraint.
