The shoes I ordered for my wife were gorgeous. She loves them. Unfortunately the clasp on the back heal broke after the first day. I had to repair it. Otherwise it's still a nice heel shoe.

Im here to update a previous review. I asked for a refund and they did not issue one until I disputed with my bank with proof that my package was not delivered on the date they claimed. A month later they decide to text and email me saying they are “issuing a refund” (forced by the bank). They also asked me to take down the bad review. I will not because people need to know they arent the only one if they have issues with shipping or the company. I will keep leaving reviews if the company continues to contact me.

We will pay more attention to the shipping company we are cooperating. Do apologize again for what happen to you, we have issued full refund for you as compensation. And the refund was already processed by us and successfully return to your account as promised before. Any future question, please don't hesitate to contact with us. Thank you for your feedback we'll constantly improve our service. Best, Up2Step
