Black soft Sandals
I ordered a pair of sandals which were too small & seemed like the sizing was off but UP2STEP were great with sending me out another pair slightly bigger than my normal size. I am very happy with the sandals and the service. The packaging is lovely too. T Just size up when ordering then you shouldnt have a problem. Thank you UP2STEP.

Return Policy
Be aware of the return policy. My boots were too small, and returning them would have cost almost as much as the boots themselves. However, after some discussion, the company offered a partial refund, deducting $20 for shipping. The resolution was acceptable, but the return policy could be clearer."
Response from UP2STEPAug 16, 2024
Hi Paula, We're so sorry for the inconvenience for you. Here is our return policy https://up2step.com/return-and-refund . Obviously, there's been a misunderstanding in our conversation about the shipping fee. We are glad that we finally reached an agreement about the refund. Please check your mailbox for the satisfying solution that you were also agreed. Any future question, please don't hesitate to contact with us. Wish you well and please be safe and healthy. Best, Up2Step
