I recently purchased the Black Patent Leather Pointed Toe Platform Stiletto Heels from UP2STEP, and I am extremely pleased with my experience. Communication from Buji was excellent, customer service was very helpful, offering precise advice on foot measurements since the shoes are custom made. I initially had some doubts, as I hadn't heard of the brand before and the website looked a bit outdated, but after speaking with Buji, I felt reassured. I expressed I needed prompt delivery. To my surprise, the shoes were made, shipped, and received within just 8 days! The heels arrived well packaged, and I was delighted to find a pair of sturdy, well made heels inside. The quality is exceptional, especially for the price, and the fit is perfect. As someone with a small shoe size, it's often difficult to find a good variety of options, so I'm thrilled to have discovered this company. The only minor flaw was a small amount of visible glue residue, but overall, the craftsmanship is impressive. I definitely would consider purchasing more shoes from UP2STEP in the future for different occasions. Would highly recommend for those who want shoes for special occasions but have a smaller shoe size.

First I only saw the ad on Facebook, about one shoes which looked perfect for my wedding. The price was affordable but I was a bit afraid of the quality to order online. I had to wait a bit more because of the lack of material, but it completely worth it!!! The shoes are beautiful and the quality is awesome. The first pair what I ordered, turned out is big, so I texted them immediately, that if I order a new one how long it should take to arrives. I received the response quite soon, first they asked couple of pictures of the shoes on my feet, to check how much bigger it is. After they offered that they will send a new shoes as soon as possible, free of charge. Honestly I didn’t think, that it will be free of charge, I expected that after I have to send back the bigger shoes, but I they told me I can keep both! So now I have 2 pairs of a beautiful, good quality high-heels shoes. I cannot be more thankful! Buji is a professional at customer service, her kindness helped a lot.

Do not order from this site! I'd be willing to bet that their positive reviews are fake accounts. From date of purchasing the only correspondence had been purchase confirmation and upon requesting shipping information the information from the support team given has been all over the place. From they'll be shipped shortly to they're still being made to these shoes may be pre owned and that can affect their processing time. Non of the correspondence was consistent and one would contradict the other. At no time during purchasing was it stated that the product would be pre owned and if so why would the delay be due them being custom made. I have requested a refund which I'm sure will be not be an easy ask just going off previous communications but I will update my review with the details as to this process. I strongly advise steering clear of making any purchases from this site. I will be doing more than just leaving my feedback to detour future customers money being taken from this site!
