Do not ever fly with pets on United. Worst company ever. I had a flight on the 14th Sept they refused me flying with my miniature dogs because i only had one carrier but they only weight 3.5 lbs each. They told me to come back the next day with 2 carriers and 300$ for the dog fees and they would let me fly no problem. I did so came back the next day, now they had other reasons for me not to fly. Each dog had to be accompanied well I found a volunteer. Now I had to purchase a seat for my second dog, 300$ USD. There was no way this Katherine at Montreal Airport was going to let me fly with my dogs no matter what. Rude, horrible person , she should be fires on the spot.

Travelled from Edinburgh to Chicago and on to Des Moines and returned. Nice journey, food good and comfort was ok but for me the staff worked tirelessly. I had no hassle and was travelling alone so kept things simple. I will use them again. Nothing to do with United the only issue is Chicago Airport, you had to walk miles and recheck your bags was abit of a nuisance.

Das Personal ist zwar nicht unbedingt so gewitzt wie bei europäischen Fluggesellschaften in dieser Kategorie, aber dafür nehme ich die manchmal saloppe Art gerne an. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Tatsache, dass bei Änderungen im Flugplan Flüge erst storniert werden können, wenn die jeweilige Ankunftszeit am Zielflughafen über 25 Stunden von der Buchung abweicht. Wer da auf Nummer Sicher gehen will, bucht dann doch besser bei einer europäischen Fluggesellschaft.

My flight with United Airlines from New York to Dallas was an absolute nightmare. The flight was delayed not once, not twice, but three times, only to be canceled at the last minute. To make matters worse, they offered no accommodation or compensation, leaving everyone stranded. We were forced to reschedule for the next day, which completely messed up my plans. This level of incompetence and disregard for passengers is unacceptable. United Airlines seriously needs to step up its game.

Title: Absolutely NOT! United's Customer Service is the Worst United Airlines does not give a ISH about you as a customer. I’ve never dealt with such terrible service. I waited three hours on the phone, only to get no help whatsoever. They left me on hold, and when I finally had to hang up out of sheer frustration, there was no option for a callback. The chatbox was just as useless—three hours of wasted time trying to change my trip, with zero support. I lost patience and had my daughter try and call, again, she had no help and they never got to her either, I won't be using United again. Your money votes, so vote for a better airline. And if you’re thinking about flying with United, don’t. They clearly don’t care about their customers at all.

United arilines travel credit is a scam. I purchased a refundable ticket and opted for refund. I chose credit as form of payment for refund hastely. I called customer service and explained it. I wanted it to be refunded to the original form of payment, credit card for refund. Now, the credit will expired unless I travel by August 29, which I don't plan to.

I had a great experience with United, so I am surprised to see so much negativity. Flights were on time, cabin crew were polite and attentive. The captain took a slightly longer route to avoid turbulence, so I am very grateful for that! Overall really pleased with everything.

Chat disconnected 6 times and leading me through the same menu and questions to get nothing out of it.
