Overall the bookings process and checking in at the airport were as to be expected fair no complaints, I flew out of SeaTac dest. LAX.. I'm one who can overlook small annoying behavior for the most part, but when talked to like Im an idiot for asking by steward staff it rubbed me the wrong way so much so I will not book in the future as my first choice and will only do so if no other airlines are available. I would give refresher training on better interaction with customers without being made to feel like my presence is a added stress on the attendant. With repeating my inquiry overly loud to bring attention to with a goal to embarrass a paying customer.

Negatives is that the food was rather lacking on long haul and bizzarely they provide wIne and beer but if you want anything like Vodka you pay for it. OK I said I will pay but was then told I had to register my card on their website! I did this for my short journeys with them so I could purchase food - unfortunately they did not have hot food on the next flight just snack boxes which I did not want. On the initial 10 hour flight I asked for sprite for my Husband and I and was given one to share. They also cancelled our flight to UK via Houston On the positive side - the cancelled flight was re-arranged via Newark and the delay therefore only around 4 hours. We had paid for extra legroom seats and when I complained about losing them they did provide me with legroom seats and also credited my card with the amount I had paid for them. Whilst a longer journey to Costa Rica because of the connection via USA they were a lot cheaper.

Update! Will keep this as the original review however, I have been given a flight home now after conveniently making this review so I shall put 3 stars. Absolutely horrific customer service! I was meant to be on a 3week holiday in the USA and I’ve been stuck here over 2months, had a flight booked home on the 3rd march, gate 7 had my ticket/boarding information, waiting there with several other people and the plan just wasn’t there, after finally searching around I found the flight had moved to another gate, unfortunately it was too late and I missed my flight home. Have been trying to get a refund so I can rebook my trip home but keep being refused even though it was a clear mistake from them.

We flew economy from Brisbane to San Fran the premium economy from San Fran to London. Premium was definitely worth the money on the flight. We paid an extra $41 USD to access the lounge in San Fran. It was tired, crowded and there are no showers, not sure it was worth the money.
