Gentillesse des personnes et efficacité. La voiture correspondait à mes attentes.

I rented a car in Antalya from August 2nd to 9th with United Car Rental (reservation made through Economybookings S21713676) and I am one of the victims of the €1000 deposit that is not returned. I was forced (yes, forced, because in the middle of the night in that deserted place where they take you to pick up the vehicle it becomes an obligation) to accept paying this deposit on my debit card (not temporary hold) because they claimed that my credit card was not accepting the transaction. This card had sufficient credit and had no problem whatsoever at any other establishment. I have already sent messages and called several times, including to the phone number of the manager Hasan Hüseyin Uzun (which was given to me by an employee and I believe is the owner), in addition to emails to the company and received no response and much less a refund. I curse the day I set foot in that fraudulent agency!!! Since my case is not an isolated one, I also ask the authorities to intervene because there are already several people harmed, and soon there will be thousands if these thieves are not stopped.

Deposit not returned after more than 21 business days We rented the car from United Rent a Car in Antalya, but the document we received lists Uzunbey Group as well, so it is unclear to us which legal entity is actually responsible for our deposit. We returned the car in Antalya on 4 August 2026 and were told that the 54,000 TL deposit would be refunded within 21 business days. It has now been well over 21 business days, and we still have not received our deposit. We contacted the WhatsApp number on the invoice several times without a proper resolution. Our calls were also rejected. We also contacted one of the people who had delivered the car to us. He told us that they no longer work with the company because they had cut ties with them, as customers were reportedly not receiving their money back, and advised us to take legal action. We are still waiting for our money to be returned.

Service au top

I have rented cars from several car rental companies in Morocco, and none of them have been this hassle-free. Prompt at the pickup location, a decent car, and a seamless return process with no attempts to squeeze out extra money. This is the first time I would recommend a car rental company in Morocco. Abdelilah took great care of us 😊

Location bien passé sans encombre. Véhicule vieillissant.

This company is still withholding my money. I finally managed to prove that they had wrongly withheld €1,000 from me, and instead of resolving the situation properly, their Antalya office provided me with what appears to be a false bank transfer receipt as proof of payment. The most shocking part is that I have still not received this money, and more than a month has now passed. After weeks of contacting them and demanding my money back, they finally acknowledged that the €1,000 had been wrongly withheld. However, I still have not received the money, and the bank receipt they provided does not correspond to any payment I have received. Please do not use this company’s services. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I strongly recommend being very careful before trusting them with your money.

This is a scam company. They have taken 750 pounds and they will not return. Keep away from this company.
