Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience – €1,000 deposit still not returned We rented a car from this company in Antalya, Turkey and they took from us €1,000 as a deposit. We returned the car on 22 July 2026, and it has now been almost two months, but we still have not received our money back. We checked all transactions and nothing was returned. Despite repeatedly contacting the company, they have not provided any explanation or a clear reason for the delay. They ignore our messages and do not answer the phone. This is completely unacceptable. €1,000 is a significant amount of money to keep from a customer without any explanation. We returned the car as agreed, and we expect our deposit to be returned immediately. I would strongly advise others to think twice before renting from this company. We are still waiting for our €1,000 and a proper explanation. I want to add more, now this company in Antalya, Turkey is closed!

Dear Customer, We understand your concern; however, we kindly ask you to verify your bank account and transaction history before concluding that the security deposit has not been released. Please note that the €1,000 security deposit was not a final charge. It was a temporary pre-authorization (funds block) and is automatically released within the applicable 21 business days after the vehicle return. It is also important to distinguish between a payment/charge transaction and a pre-authorization release. The release of a blocked amount may not appear in your banking application as a separate “refund” transaction, as no refund is actually processed when the funds were only blocked. We therefore kindly recommend checking your available balance and contacting your bank if the released amount is still not available. Kind regards,
