À fuir absolument – une arnaque organisée ! Nous avions réservé un 4x4 chez United Rent a Car (Maroc), et à notre arrivée, surprise : on nous donne une Dacia Lodgy sans aucune explication, en nous demandant 40 € supplémentaires pour cette voiture bas de gamme, alors que tout avait déjà été payé à l’avance. À notre retour, on leur rend le véhicule propre et avec le plein, comme convenu. Malgré cela, ils ont tenté de nous soutirer encore 20 € supplémentaires, en prétextant que la voiture était sale et sans essence… alors que c’était complètement faux. Cette société est une véritable escroquerie, qui arnaque systématiquement les clients, surtout les touristes, comme en témoignent de nombreux autres avis. Fuyez cette compagnie ! Il vaut mieux payer un peu plus ailleurs que de se faire voler par ces pratiques malhonnêtes.

According to our records, your arrival at our agency was more than two hours later than the scheduled pickup time. As clearly stated on your rental voucher, in such cases, the reserved vehicle category may no longer be available, as we must release unclaimed bookings to serve other customers on time. For this reason, a Dacia Lodgy was offered as an available alternative, and you were informed of the €40 supplement for the upgrade. Regarding the return of the vehicle, please note that cleaning charges apply if the car is not returned in the same clean condition as it was delivered. This is a standard policy, also stated in our rental terms and conditions. If our staff determined the car required cleaning and/or was not refueled as per the agreement, the €20 fee would be justified. We take all feedback seriously, but we must also respectfully correct any misleading accusations. Our company has been operating for many years with thousands of satisfied customers, both local and international. We are committed to transparency and professionalism, and we always invite our clients to contact us directly in case of issues — which, unfortunately, was not done in your case before this public comment.
