I had ordered a few things for my wife as an anniversary gift. I didn't think about extra shipping until after I placed the order and saw the delivery date was after our anniversary. I emailed the staff, and luckily they were able to upgrade and I was able to get them in time. THANK YOU so much!

An order for an email gift certificate wasn't sent. My first query did not solve the issue. I contacted Uncommon Goods customer service a second time and the issue was resolved immediately and the gift certificate was sent out. Although it was nearly a week late, I was pleased that it had finally been done.

I couldn’t ask for better customer service than Uncommon Goods (this is the second time I have worked with them over separate products)—they truly care about their customers and the quality and integrity of their products (which have all been fantastic this far in my experience of purchasing!!) UncommonGoods Your site and personnel deserve the highest of ratings ! Y’all were quick with response , and delivery. Even when I had a technical question about a product , y’all contacted the provider and in no time had their answer to my question. There in lies my issue. My question has to do with a jalapeño syrup used in making of cocktails , and I specified that I make my own wine , and wanted to make sure that their product wouldn’t fog the clarity of my wine. Though the flavor was on point , it did produce a fog which as you know , no one wants a wine that may have pollutants floating around inside it. So I have 5gal. of wine that is consumable , but not sellable. Since I am a diabetic , I only do taste test of small amounts , therefore it had to be dumped out. I guess I should have known it was going to happen , since the syrup came with a fog ; I just thought with their answer that it wouldn’t and that amount of wine would disperse the existing fog of the syrup. Not so much! Guess this product is more for mix drinks where clarity isn’t a desired outcome ; but that’s why I asked first. Your company did fantastic , and I am still your customer. I won’t however , purchase or suggest this product for the making of wine , just mixed drinks where clarity is not an issue ! Thank you !
