I received a bonsai kit as a gift and followed the instructions very closely...but nothing grew. I contacted UncommonGoods to ask if I could just get another package of seeds but they sent me an entire new kit that day!

I didn't receive my full order and had to call and email in regards to the items that were not issued. Nothing was added to the paperwork to alert me of the missing items. It took almost a week to have a response in regards to the issue. Once, I finally got a response it did get resolved.

This company is a class act all around. Whenever I’ve had the slightest issue (it’s never anything major!) they are incredibly quick and efficient at solving the problem. I love buying gifts here. I’m never disappointed. Their customer service is such a breath of fresh air!

I love shopping with UncommonGoods but this was not a good experience. The puzzle pieces are cheap and do not interlock nicely. Delivery was delayed and there was no customer contact. Cannot recommend this item!!

I accidentally set a gift to ship to myself instead of the recipient, and couldn't change the order online, thus had to contact customer service. They replied quickly and had no problems sending the address correction on to the manufacturer.
