I attempted to make a return of a damaged item online, but it did not go through. When I called, the customer service agent processed the return in less than 3 minutes. She was professional, friendly, and adept at providing the right service. I will continue to support UncommonGoods for the dependable customer support and great products.

I recently needed to call customer service at Uncommon Goods for a somewhat complicated order. The customer service rep. was able to quickly figure out what was going on, credited my account, and looked into the whereabouts of a second order!! I had a very bad experience with uncommon goods. I followed their instructions to cancel a membership but it wouldn’t work and every time I wanted to speak to someone I’d just get a bot that couldn’t help me and automatic emails giving me unhelpful links, I just wanted to speak to a real person and it was so impossible!!

The Customer Service Team at Uncommon Goods were excellent. I ordered the touch lamps & one of the black connectors broke. Once I provided the picture & my order number they sent me a new one. They were great to deal with, dealt with my issues swiftly & answered all my questions. Thank You for making this process so easy!

I really appreciated the help I received. It did take a while to relay the request, as the automated system doesn't seem to handle replacement parts requests well, but once I was able to get a hold of a human my request was understood it was taken care of promptly.
