Uncommonly slow - I placed an order for 2 items and paid $10.95 shipping, its been 6 days and it has not even arrived at USPS for delivery to me. In a day where most fulfillment is 24 hrs or less this is absurdly slow. I get that shipping may be 2-3 days en route but 6 days and they have not even posted my order for delivery?!? If you plan to buy from them allow 2-3 weeks for delivery after they have your money...

Quick and easy fix. Whole return issue took less than 5 mins. Great customer service.

I got a quick response to my query and my problem was resolved right away, and the refund issued to me right away.

I was an uncommon goods perk member and ordered Christmas gifts in Nov 2021. It stated it would ship in 24 hours. Two weeks later received nothing. I went back and forth with them. I needed to send to Europe and they would not give me a straight answer. It stated it was in Dallas 4 hours from my house yet it took over two weeks. I canceled my uncommon goods membership but they said it would continue til May, but will NOT renew. Yet come June 2022 they charge me again for the membership! So beware. The items do not ship when stated and they automatically renew you when it is on NOT! I love their products but not worth all the hassle so goodbye!

The items were as nice as they looked online and arrived quickly. I asked if it was possible to send my order that day or the next one. It was a gift and I needed to receive it asap. I heard back almost immediately and was told they'd do what they could. I received the order two days later! I love that there is attentive customer service from real people, selling great products.

I missed a class that I was scheduled for. I reached out to see if I could reschedule the class. I was given a recording of the class so I could watch it whenever. I was very pleased with this solution. Thank you for being so accommodating.

I ordered wine glasses. On delivery, 2wets broken. Customer service was great & I received the replacements without the hassle of returning g the unbroken items
