Ridiculous! I ordered something in 2020 and was just charged for a renewed a membership perks. So that order has had an annual $25 fee added on that I didn't catch for 3 years. Nothing to do but be pissed off. Completely unreasonable. I paid extra $75 for absolutely nothing. I'm so mad.

Your website does not work. Whenever I'd get to the checkout step right after confirming my address, it kept removing the item I wanted from my cart and then filling my cart with items I hadn't even clicked on or viewed, and when i started over to try again, it did the same thing. I tried like five times and gave up.

I purchased for $20 what was supposed to be a leather magnetic bookmark. It came, and I am quite disappointed in the quality. One side is thin leather, but the inside is black paper. For that money I expected a more robust product. This was to be a birthday gift, but I'm embarrassed to give it. It looks cheap.

I love using Uncommon Goods to find birthday gifts and other presents for my friends and family — the site has tons of unique items, and I have never had issues receiving my orders in a timely fashion.

I ordered personalized cookies for my daughter's birthday. I ordered them 10 days in advance.The product was shipped from Santa Monica, California and was to be delivered to northern California (Morago). The product was shipped on May 8 and I was notified by Uncommon goods that delivery was for May 10. Never was notified delivery was confirmed. I was later notified delivery was scheduled for May 17. Upon checking FedEx shipping, I found out the cookies were sitting in Northhampton, Pa. Uncommon goods gave me no reason that the cookies were shipped clear across the country and were never delivered in California were they were produced. No effort was made to placate me. I will never order from this company again!

They have some interesting products but what was to be a one-time purchase turned into marketing emails and "unsubscribe" keeps getting ignored. I chatted with the people and requested closure of two accounts that I was not even aware that I had and two weeks later I get another email that say the requested action is pending and awaiting my reply. I just chatted with them again and they said "Oh you can just delete it." Not a good experience with them and I have spent WAY TOO MUCH time clearing it up. No go on future consideration of Uncommon Goods.

I ordered a print to be delivered to the UK as a valentines gift, I paid for expedited delivery and the expected delivery date was 16-23 February. It is March 10th and still no delivery. I received a despatch note with a 1 liner to indicate the item was despatched and the value was 7.99. I had paid 199.00 for the product. I have received a shipping refund but have repeatedly asked to cancel the order and they ignore this request. Beyond a joke. But elsewhere.

Es una empresa con artículos únicos en su clase PERO... tienen una pésima gestión de envíos. Hice un pedido que dividieron en dos: Cancelaron la primer parte y la segunda la perdieron, aunque el reembolso fue rápido y sus trabajadores de servicio al cliente fueron amables y atentos, resultó tedioso. Volví a hacer el pedido y en menos de 10 días ya estaba conmigo, eso sí, tuve que hacer el pedido (por separado) es decir, primero dos piezas y después la tercera para "evitar" que de acuerdo a la existencia del producto volviese a pasar lo de dividir el pedido, cancelar y perder. En general estoy super satisfecha con mis productos pero NO con el envío, y claro, el precio. Sale más caro el envío que el artículo. No creo volver a comprar nunca aquí. P.d. escribo desde México y manejan la paqueteria DHL. (O cuando sí llegaron los artículos fue esa paquetería la que destinaron).
