I ordered a guitar pick that was to be engraved with a last name on the case and a first name on the pick. I had also ordered an engraved casserole dish as well. I received a package from them and didn't even look at it, assuming it was my casserole dish and the guitar pick would come later. I opened it last night to find the pick inside the casserole dish (closed lid) and it had no engraving on it. Nothing. I wrote them to ask for my money back or a new pick, as I could give it as a birthday present instead of a Christmas present to my brother. They told me to take pictures of it. I responded that I would. When I got home to take the picture (I am a teacher, can't just take it at that moment), I had a message that it was outside the 7-day return period. So because I didn't open the package to find they stuck it inside the casserole dish, I just got scammed 40 dollars. Not cool at all, especially since they didn't fulfill their end.

I ordered a personalized book. Paid extra for shipping. I realize that time is needed to prepare “in the year customization”. I have ordered many customs books, each page different as in spelling a name and it only took two weeks to receive. We know these things are computer generated. It is now almost a month and no book. Called customer service and instead of her saying “I understand your frustration” or something similar she starts off “there is complete transparency and if you had read you would know this is the timeline.” I would have been okay if she had began that sentence with a kinder sentence and not blame. Also note, everything, and I mean everything, that my daughter and I have ordered has always taken much longer than other retail establishments. Our family has decided we are done with this company. There are other “uncommon” products, they do not corner the market.

While ordering the gifts, the dates mentioned for shipping were before Christmas, and after 3 days, it changed to January. The whole point is to give Christmas gifts, not a card that says your gift is coming.

So sketchy. I bought a necklace as a gift, and a couple weeks later noticed uncommon goods started charging a recurring subscription fee to my card, which I most definitely did not agree too. The sit is not easy to navigate and they make it difficult to cancel the membership

Just received the veggie steamer and something went wrong when it was glazed and has these unglazed spots over parts of the surface. (Shows bad quality control!) How do I exchange this?

I should have known better than to order from Uncommon Goods again this holiday season. Just like previous years, several of the items I selected are already backordered. It isn't even December. One item may not arrive before Christmas unless I pay for faster shipping(!). How can they not have enough inventory to get through the holiday (again)???

I can't place an uncustomized product in my cart. I want it delivered before Christmas and can only do that if I don't customize. Guess I'll have to go elsewhere.

Your mobile website doesn't work. I've tried multiple browsers and have requested the desktop site in those browsers but the body of the page remains blank. All I see is the colored bar at the top of the page.
