I had an excellent experience with UncommonGoods. I always say the true test of an organization is how they act when there is a customer service issue & UncommonGoods gets an A++++ The people I dealt with (Robot, Justin & Allison) were all pleasant, helpful and extremely responsive. Upon getting my problem resolved, I immediately purchased more products from UncommonGoods!

ChatBot is huge fail. I was trying to reschedule a class and the reschedule link failed. Try to get to a person via the bot - not matter what I said, it gave me the same answer - how to resolve zoom problems for on on-going class. Not matter how many times I responded that was not helpful...it would apologize and then say the exact same thing - over and over and over again.

I received a personalized family puzzle for Christmas and it was missing 1 piece. I contacted Uncommon Goods and received a new puzzle within two weeks. Excellent customer service!

The rep was able to easily understand and quickly resolve my issue. I really couldn’t ask for anything more :)

I received a gift that I needed to exchange. The Customer Service that I received from the Agents at Uncommon Goods was exceptional. There was very good follow through. When I had an additional question, everything was well documented and the new Agent was able to understand what I was looking for!
