They need a 0 star option. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOU, once you place that order and give them your money! I sure wish I had checked out these reviews before I purchased one for my son on June 3rd, for his end of school reward. They advertise "FASTEST SHIPPING IN THE GALAXY ". What a joke. I used both email addresses I was given for communication and tried contacting them multiple times a day after the order with no response, and they would never answer the phone. Message said email shipping department for fastest response. No communication at all. Didn't know if this company was out of business, or just a scam. So, six weeks later, customer service decides to respond to me with an estimate for adding a sound board to My lightsaber, for another 100 plus dollars. I had already disputed this charge with my credit card company after 3 weeks of receiving no response. Dispute is still under investigation. So, after ordering the lightsaber on June 3rd, receiving no response to my request for an upgrade for six weeks, they send me an email today, July 21st tracking information and a order receipt! I actually got a response from Laura and customer service regarding canceling this order on July 15th! There is no communication within this company at all apparently. All this company cares about is your order and your money. They will ignore you. This is ridiculous. I would not recommend this company to anyone, nor order anything else from them. This is no way for a company to practice business. Surprised they still are in business.

I would have given no stars if that were an option. This company is horrible. They take your money and then you never hear from them again. It's been two months and I haven't heard from them and my order says it's processing. Repeated attempts to contact them but they choose to ignore me and it seems everyone else as well. I will never order from this company is an understatement.

Like all previous posts about the lack of customer service and responding- no difference here. Emailed both emails, left voicemails. Get daily spam messages about their product line and customer satisfaction. Ordered in May 2020 it's now mid-July 2020 and absolutely NOTHING. When and if we get what we ordered, then I will give them a more detailed review.

Same as everyone else. Ordered a saber after christmas for the first time and should of believed the reviews. First saber took 2 months but finally got it. Great product but horrible customer service and no response. Bought a second saber becuase they gave us a discount for our wait on the first one. Bought the second one and 3 months later, 10 emails, calls and threats from me with no recourse. NO RESPONSE. I need to contact my credit card and try to get a refund. Apparently these guys don't need the business. I get an email every week about their sales but nothing on my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS. Go on Ebay and get one. They are cool but this company is a scam!!

Basically the same experience as everyone else. You order, pay, and wait. They seem to deliver...eventually. My guess is that, to avoid keeping inventory, they accumulate orders until they have enough for a production run and then only do enough to fill their back-orders. To rub salt in the wound they brag on their site that they fill their orders fastest in the galaxy. Miserable company.

I hate to have to agree with the other recent reviewers here, but don't waste your time. I am very patient, but...- I ordered on April 30 for my son's birthday in June. It is now July 17. To this very day, the order has not updated from "processing." The most frustrating issue is the complete lack of communication. I have sent 7 emails to both email addresses (shipping and info) with no response. I have called about a half dozen times as well. Voicemail has not always been full, but I have not received a phone call response and no one has ever answered. I reached out on Facebook, and got one very generic response stating that Covid is the reason for the delay and it would be 4-6 weeks. By then though, we had reached the 8 week mark. The company spams your email with sales every other day, but they do not send a mass blast to communicate to those of us who have been waiting double the processing time (or more). Support personnel can work from home, so Covid cannot be the excuse for no support. Also, if they are so far behind in orders, they need to cancel their incentives. If it were not for the several years worth of reviews and discussion on their forum, I would be convinced that this company is a complete scam. As for me, I don't know what I am going to do. Do I wait any longer hoping for a positive outcome? Do I just go ahead and dispute the charges? I don't know.

Do not order from this company. You will be disappointed. You will find the vast majority of reviews telling you to same thing. You can not reach anyone nor get a response. They simply keep your money and bet you will go away. Still trying to get a response. I don’t know if they even actual make sabers. Obviously cowards to boot.
